Ingredients
Pot 1
Prepping the Veggies
- Add all the Veggies in a large pot (or a pressure cooker)
- Add a pinch of salt & a couple of glasses of Water
- Cover & cook until soft, and then let it boil for 10 minutes
For Garnishing
- Add a Garnishing of Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Serve with Tandoori Roti or Garlic Naan
Pot 2
Tempering the Masalas
- In a large pan, heat a cube of butter & 1tbsp oil
- Add chopped onions & sauté until translucent
- Now add tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, & AR’s Kolhapuri Masala
- Add a pinch of salt & AR Masale’s Turmeric Powder. Roast
- Now add all the veggies from Pot 1 & a cup of Water
- Cover & Simmer for 15 minutes
