In a large pan / kadhai / skillet, add Oil & fry the potatoes until they turn brown
Add a little more oil , and fry onion, garlic & ginger until onion is soft & golden
Add 1 tablespoon AR Chilli Powder, 1 tablespoon AR Pepper Powder, and 1 tablespoon AR Chicken Masala.Further add AR Haldi Powder, Jeera, & Salt. Add Tomatoes. Cover it and cook In a separate bowl, add dahi, mint, dalchini, and elaichi. When the mixture is thick & smooth, add the Chicken pieces and mix well to coat it. Cook until the Chicken is tender
Wash rice well & drain in colander for atleast 30 mins
In a large skillet, heat oil & fry the onions until they are golden. Add saffron, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, ginger & rice
In a medium-size pot, heat the chicken stock & salt. When the mixture is hot, pour it over rice & stir well
